Alex and Alexis met in their first week of Physical Therapy school in 2022. They began as study buddies, memorizing the Lumbosacral plexus. From study buddies they became friends and a few weeks later they had their first date. Alex invited Alexis over to do a Bob Ross painting. They were a perfect fit from the start. They spent their time studying, reading, working out, cooking, playing with Appa and exploring Utah. They graduated together with their DPT in 2025 and moved to Colorado to start their careers. Next step - get married!

Alex and Alexis began making plans for their post-graduation trip since their first semester. In May 2025 they visited Italy to celebrate graduating and passing their board exam. On their hotel's rooftop in Florence, Alex proposed to Alexis . It was a special and private moment. Alexis was happily surprised and they enjoyed their time in Italy as a newly engaged couple. They enjoyed taking in the historic architecture and art while also looking forward to their future together.
